I can't help but note that if it were more gossip plagued celebrities everyone would be up in arms that their nanny not their mom or dad brought them to an event like this.

And my mother was 50 when I was three lol so I've heard about the tiredness that comes with it.

Her husband is a big time fertility doctor right? She's so lucky to have three kids after the age of 45. Lots of women would kill to have unlimited fertility help from an expert. I'm sure it doesn't hurt that she's so fit and healthy. Good for her!
