Hoodie2_lg If you always thought that having a hand in designing your baby's clothing would be cool, Hand Picked Pumpkin is a clothing line you might be interested in checking out.

The line allows parents to pick their garmet, size, fabric and trim to custom-make individual items of clothing.  If you have a hard time picking and choosing, the website offers ready-made options as well.

I have a Hand Picked Pumpkin hoodie for Catie and it has quickly become our favorite jacket. Made of a really soft and high quality cotton, the jacket is also super cute.

In addition to offering high quality baby clothing, Hand Picked Pumpkin is a values driven company that believes in domestic production, fair wages and charitable giving. Each garment is made with domestically produced 100% cotton knit and is individually hand sewn in Chicago, Illinois. Five percent of yearly gross sales are donated to national charity organizations that specifically center their efforts on helping children.

20070214_107_350x263Angela Bassett is a fan of Hand Picked Pumpkin. Her twins Bronwyn and Slater wore their custom-made hoodies on their Oprah appearance! Check out the other celebrities' kids who wear Hand Picked Pumpkin here.

The children are beautiful! I've notice that in all the pictures I've seen of them Angela Bassett is alway holding her son who she mentioned favors her in appearance and her husband always hold their daughter who also favors him. I hope she doesn't give preferential treatment one child over the other.
