Joey McIntyre on wife Barrett's cravings and why she won't be lifting the luggage
Joey and Barrett McIntyre just announced to the world that they're expecting their first baby in November, but they're already preparing for a more imminent challenge -- bus living. The Dancing with the Stars tour kicks of June 20th, and Barrett is worried about the bus. Joey says,
She's a little worried about some of the bumpy roads but I'm sure she'll be fine. I don't want her to lift anything. She'd rather do it herself than ask somebody so it's frustrating for her to sit back and ask for me to do it.
Joey is also dealing with new aspects of his wife -- for example, her love of chocolate has fallen by the wayside in favor of salty treats.
She can't eat chocolate anymore. She keeps saying she loves chocolate, but the baby doesn't. She used to like chocolate and peanut butter and now she likes potato chips and salty stuff. It's definitely different. They do all the work and the husband just has to stand by and roll with the changes. They're obviously going through a lot. You can't always figure it out exactly. You just have to be there and available.
