Joely Richardson and daughter Daisy
Actress Joely Richardson, 42, and her daughter Daisy, 15, were spotted out in LA yesterday. Joely, who left the hit show Nip/Tuck last year to focus on her daughter’s health issues (Daisy has circulation problems with her legs), said at the time,
Surgeons and hospitals have been a big part of ourlives. We were always told that she would have to have more surgerieswhen she got older. The time has come. I love my work but I had to be in two places at onceand I thought, ‘If it were all over tomorrow, what would I regret?’ Itwould be not being there for her.
Daisy is doing much better now and Joely has re-signed with Nip/Tuck for 15 out of 22 episodes this year.

Can we say spitting image? She looks JUST like her mother! Fabulous head of hair to boot.
I read the other day that she decided to resign to Nip/Tuck recently.

Her daughter looks just like her except for the brown curly hair. Also she doesn’t look 15 she looks like she’s the same age as her mom, well maybe a little younger than that.

Oh my, she looks just like her mother! Almost more so than Isabella Rosellini who I am convinced is a clone of her mother.

omg, if it weren’t for the brown curly hair, its almost impossible to tell them apart. At first glance I thought Joely dyed and permed her hair.

I do have to agree that her daughter does look older than 15, but some kids just grow/develop way faster than others. They look JUST alike, but than again Joely’s mom looks just like her too (she played her mom on the show). I think Joely leaving the show to be there for her daughter shows how much love she has for her daughter, although it wont be the same without her. Great show, great lady =)

At first glance, I thought Daisy was an Amish girl. She looks older than Joely, too! Good for Joely to put her family first.
