Actress Katie Holmes, 28, and her daughter Suri Cruise, 15 months on Wednesday, were spotted at the airport in Berlin, Germany, earlier today.

They really have the same haircut, so funny. I want a Dawson’s Creek reunion photo with Katie/Suri and Michelle Williams with Matilda (who also has matching hair!).
I know CBB usually says where you can find baby clothes the celeb babies are wearing, but I wish they also did sunglasses. Katie has the most extensive collection of fantastic sunglasses. I am jealous.

Suri has a warm happy disposition and she already has star presence getting that from her parents. Her beauty is so unique and again a wonderful combination from her mom and dad.

as much as I might despise Tom Cruise, and I’m kinda “eh” about Katie, I do have to admit that they made one BEAUTIFUL baby. Suri definatly seems very happy and looks as though she is quite cared for and loved.

Esperanza, I thought exactly the same thing when I looked at these photos!
And personally, I thought Katie was much prettier before she started trying to look like Posh.
I can’t stand Tom, but I do think Suri is absolutely adorable.

I totally agree - Katie is looking more like Posh everyday! She is beautiful, but I mean come on, have your own look don’t steal someone elses!! Suri is just adorable! I do think she looks like a very happy sweet baby.

I agree with all the comments about her modeling Posh. I thought she was much prettier when she was just herself. She seems like a very simple girl and now her “style” I dont think fits her. Her hair doesnt look that good in these pictures at all. Suri is always such a cute baby though! I think being married to Tom she may feel she has expectations to live up to.

Are you guys crazy? Katie looks nothing like Posh. For starters Posh wouldn’t leave the house with wet hair and Posh is always over dressed even when she is traveling. And Katie’s always so humble, she smiles, she’s so natural..she is dressed appropriately for traveling, jean with comfortable shoe….she’s NOT AT ALL a diva like Posh.

I totally disagree - Katie doesn’t look anything like Posh. I don’t get the whole ‘Katie got the same haircut as Posh’ thing. Posh has a very angled modern and striking cut, whereas Katie got a very traditional bob. Katie dresses classy, elegant, and matured.

It’s funny that people think she’s emulating Posh because at work the other day we were talking about the US weekly mag sitting around and someone said, “what’s up with Katie trying so hard to be like her BFF Victoria?”
I don’t prefer her w/ short hair. If she was going for older she def. has. I always thought her Dawson’s Creek costar Michelle Williams also comes off about 20 yrs older then she really is. Why do these women feel the need to appear much older? I get that you are a mom now but does that require a whole new image?
I think Suri is beautiful. I could just squeeze her all day if I had the chance!!

I don’t think katie is trying to look like posh. I mean katie is not the only hollywood star with short hair and wears sun glasses when she is out.She like katie and think is a very sweet woman and always has a smile on her face when she is with her daughter, and I think she is enjoying motherhood( even though people try to find something wrong with her every other day.
But suri is the most beautiful celeb baby in my opinion.

Way too old, give me a break! Suri is still a baby let her enjoy her bottle; she is not your child. Who says she’s too old, you and society? Let Katie, her mother decide when she will stop drinking from a bottle not you. Bottles can be comforting for babies.

I wonder if she has bangs because she won’t wear anything in her hair? My daughter is the same age and I haven’t cut her bangs and she wears a waterfall everyday….or a barrette, which she pulls out and tries to eat!
I was wondering how long it would take someone to make comments on her carrying a bottle!! Each child is different….She may not drink out of a sippy cup yet. My daughter hasn’t been on a bottle since she turned one, but she wasn’t particularly attached to a bottle..she’s hooked on nursing though!

Suri is cute and sweet the way all babies are, but I don’t see an especially “beautiful” baby at all. And I don’t agree with the poster who said she’s always smiling. Where are all those smiley pictures? The shot at the top is one of the very rare smiling ones I’ve seen…usually her affect is very flat, or (as in most of these) she sort of looks like she just tasted something yucky. This is not to say she won’t be a beautiful child as she gets older, though! Katie was rather plain as a child, herself.
Although I’m sure everyone here will say I’m biased (and, okay, I am!), I think my own curly-haired blonde child (with huge green eyes) is far more beautiful than Suri.

I love Suri’s eyes and smile. Katie is a class act and I love her styles.
I have seen babies but to me she is the most beautiful baby in Hollywood.I wonna pinch her face. My boyfriend think Suri looks like Batman’s Christian Bale.

DB, Suri is smiling in almost every set of pictures we see of her. Regardless of what you think of her parents, it’s just not true to claim that she rarely smiles. She and Violet are the two most smiley celeb babies. They are both adorable.
Suri’s dark hair and blue eyes are an exotic combination that make her very beautiful. Everyone “thinks” their baby is the most beautiful. I am sure Katie thinks her baby is the most beautiful, but in her case she may be right. j/k LOL.

I personally think Katie IS starting to look more like posh by the day!
The main reason why would be because some pics i saw of her a couple of weeks back where she has lost so much weight all her bones were sticking out, no one wants/ needs to be as skiinny as posh!
And to be fair her style is starting to get more like what posh would wear on a “bad day” (meaning what posh just throws on rather than prepares a week in advance not meaning bad clothes)
Any way Katie is far prettier than posh

Olba, just to be clear, I didn’t say anything about Suri’s parents. I said I don’t *think* she’s all that beautiful, and *I* haven’t seen a lot of smiling pictures. If *you* have, terrific. I’ve probably seen a hundred pictures of her, and to me, she usually looks very serious. Other than the top pic where she’s clearly smiling, these pictures look like she’s annoyed by something, like to much direct sunlight. That’s all. Please don’t assume I am saying anything mean about her or her parents just because I think there are cuter children in Hollywood — or even in my own house!

I think hounds of screaming photographers may have something to do with the baby not always happy. If you were 14 months old too you’d be quite confused by the chaos as well. I see many pics of Suri and she’s usually smiling. In these photos it looks like she’s squinting *perhaps the suns in her eyes* I think she’s gorgeous. But I think w/ her bangs and hair tucked back she looks much older! I prefer babies to have baby cuts!

DB, I guess I just don’t understand why someone would go out of their way to post that they don’t think a baby is beautiful, and that their own child is more beautiful. All babies are beautiful, and all parents think their babies are the most beautiful. Just seems weird to have to point out that your baby is better looking than another.
And yes, I have seen hundreds of pictures of Suri too, and in all of them she looks pleasant and happy.

Olba, I didn’t go “out of my way” to say she wasn’t beautiful. I was commenting on the *comments*. Almost everybody on here said she’s stunning, and I have a different opinion. I didn’t say she was ugly or anything else negative; I said she is cute. And what’s wrong with thinking one’s own child is the most beautiful?

DB - I’ve gotta agree with Olba here. Why you find it necessary to say that Suri isn’t that good looking is beyond me, especially considering that you’re a mother and should be more sensitive to that. You know the old saying, “if you don’t have something nice to say…”. Well, it seems appropriate here.
But if you want to be fair, why don’t you post links to your child’s picture so we can tell you our honest opinions of who is better looking. Yeah, didn’t think so…

You know what? I’m terribly sorry I have offended so many of you. I had no idea a flip little comment on Celebrity Baby Blog would kick up so much anger. Especially the person who challenged me to “prove” my child was more beautiful. Um…it’s my *opinion* people. I posted my opinion. I don’t *expect* people to agree with me. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, right?
The moderators have thus far allowed my posts, so I can’t imagine that I have said anything out of line. I don’t see why I should have to defend myself over something so trivial, so you ladies just have a nice evening. I have a beautiful child to put to bed.

Such a fuss over an off hand comment! Is it really that big a deal that DB commented that she finds Suri to be “sweet and cute the way all babies are” but does not see an especially “beautiful” baby? I don’t think it is.
Suri is cute, the Vanity fair photos were gorgeous but I really think people get way to worked up over Suri and Shiloh being the most beautiful babies ever. Most babies (celeb or otherwise) are really very cute and I think whether a baby is seen as out-of-the-ordinary beautiful is in the eye of the beholder and people tend to be biased towards prominent celeb babies.
And of course DB thinks her own daughter is the cutest, it’s natural. To suggest she post photos of her daughter for others to comment on who is better looking is ridiculous.
Lighten up people. I get the feeling that DB meant no harm at all.

DB, hang in there. I see where you’re coming from.
I personally don’t think Suri is even close to being “Hollywood’s cutest celeb baby”, but that’s my opinion. I think Shiloh is an amazingly pretty (and cute!) baby and Violet Affleck is totally adorable, etc. Suri is cute and has some pretty features, but I don’t think she’s the most beautiful baby I’ve ever seen.
And to be fair, I haven’t seen tons of pictures of Suri smiling, either. But lately, I’ve seen more. Maybe in a lot of cases, celeb babies are taken aback by all the cameras flashing and paps/fans yelling. Perhaps Suri is getting used to the attention and is more relaxed with it. ?
On that note, I’ve seen posters comment that Denise Richards’ daughter never smiles in photos and I think it’s probably the same thing. Kids can be moody at the best of times, but when you’re surrounded by cameras day in and day out and all these people talking at mom and dad, it must be a lot for a little one to take.
As to the bottle comments, my twins were still drinking from a bottle (sometimes) at Suri’s age and a few months beyond. I got sick and tired of negative comments from my mother-in-law, so I finally hid the bottles. I can see making a comment, but my mother-in-law used to harp about it. Same with toilet training. If I had it to do over again, I would just tell her to bite me.

HA HA! I was thinking the same thing about the bottle. I can’t believe she still has a bottle but then again she is NOT my child and she is only a few months over 12 months. I think it surprised me more because I just ASS UME Tom would be demanding she be off of it at 1 year. I guess I need to stop thinking I know them or something, HA HA. I do HATE Katies haircut. She is beautiful but with long hair. She is not a short hair kind of girl. She looks 40 years old. As for the Posh comments. I think Katie more resembles trying to look like Jackie O. But it isn’t working. BUT I think she got the idea from POSH. I think being friends with POSH has inspired her to dress all weird. I mean, she is in her 20’s. I certainly don’t expect her to dress like Britney Spears but I never expected her to morph into this wanna be Jackie O. Always wearing these fancy High Society type clothes that don’t look right on her and age her about 20 years. Ugh. SURI is adorable. One of the cutest babies out there. I just wish Katie would go back to being herself. It just looks like she is trying to be someone she isn’t. Like she couldn’t even find a happy middle place from who she really is and to who she thinks she is expected to be. I don’t like it. But the BABY is AD ORABLE!!!

I totally agree about Katie looking like Posh in that first photo - it was my first thought seeing it!! (not acting like her, but the look of her, yes) I think Suri’s bangs are cute, I also think they cover up her birthmark on her forehead. (edited out of Vanity fair, but seen quite evident in wedding photos). I also had the same thoughts at first about a baby of Suri’s age still dringing from a bottle, but have babysat for several kids her age who’ve done the same. Each kid is indeed different, and especially with all the traveling that the Cruise-Holmes clan does, having the bottle probably gives Suri comfort as well as convenience for Katie. Bottles can be very similar to pacifiers, which Violet still has, but we’ve never seen Suri with. 6 of one, half dozen of ther other I guess. I think Suri looks a lot like Katie did at this age, and as cute as she is, I still think Violet is cuter. (though I may be biased on that one, I’m not related to Suri!)

So what if Katie did cut her hair like Victoria’s? It’s not exactly uncommon to admire someone’s hair and then get a similar cut. People do it all the time.
It’s probably much easier to maintain now that she’s a mom.
