I could just chew on him! He’s so darn cute. And look at him holding his head in the first pic: “OY Mom!I was up wayyyy too much last night…”

Keri is gorgeous - a classic beauty. I have always loved her! Her little guy is SO cute! I’m her size and I don’t know how she manages to lug that carseat around.

Is it just me or she is out all the time since she’s given birth? I mean it’s normal to go out with your baby but I personally think that it is a bit too much. Most celebrity moms (and ordinary moms like me) take at least the first month to just chill and get to know their baby at home, in privacy.. we rarely see them out all the time during the first weeks.. but it’s just my opinion I guess! : )

She seems like a good Mom, I don’t think I have seen her out without him.

He is such a cutie, not too keen on the ‘River’ though, I must admit.

In my opinion, I don’t think she’s out too much at all. If the weather is beautiful, why not. I bet getting out helps beat any PPD that might sneak up on you. It probably feels good for her to be out and about getting some fresh air with her little one.

I think he’s cute!!! But dog gone it doesn’t he deserve some shade?! lol!!!

I think it’s great that they are outside. Mine always seemed to sleep better after being outside. The only differences are that I wasn’t photographed all the time and my body never looked as good before or after my pregnancies.

I am falling for this baby. He’s adorable, and he does have that hungover look on his face, looking like, “Man, I knew I shouldn’t have had that last drink of milk!” LOL.

To answer your question about toting the baby around in the carseat, I bought that same carseat for my son a year ago b/c it’s the lightest from Graco. Best advice my husband and I received was to buy a light carseat/stroller for our new baby! This was the best!
Keri & baby are gorgeous!

I don’t really agree with Larir’s comment. I know that my mom went out all the time right after I was born (she was already out shopping and showing me off to friends like a week after she gave birth! lol). It’s also better to expose your baby to some germs so they can start building up their immune system. The only way I’d avoid going outside is if my child had a serious health condition or something.

She was probably taking him to see the pediatrician. I agree I think it’s best to be out and about and enjoy the weather. Staying in too much can make you depressed.

She sure does like to lugg her Car Seat around.
The FALCON Infant Car Seat Carrier would free up her hands and make life a lot easier during her short trips.

What happened to the sling she had him in? I would think that would be more comfortable than carrying him in a car seat like that. Nonetheless I love that she is out and about. River is so cute!
Sarah’s note: She has been seen wearing it multiple times recently, but she’s been nursing in public and looks angry at photographers, or her husband has been wearing it, so we haven’t posted the pics.
When she’s had him in the car seat she’s always going directly to a vehicle from her apartment, not walking around with the neighborhood with it.

Aww, look at that cutie with his wrinkly expression!
I don’t see anything wrong with taking the baby out all the time right after it is born. The pictures we’ve seen on CBB show the outdoors to be warm and sunny; perfect weather to be out and about. River was lucky to be born just when summer started.
Besides, haven’t we heard doctors say getting out of the house, being active and busy, and stuff like that help women recover quicker from childbirth whether vaginal or c-section?
Keri is definitely spending quality time with her baby, and besides I would think being stuck at home all day for a whole month would really bring on PPD.
As long as baby is okay, why should Keri and River be stuck at home all day during the beautiful summer months?

Gosh she is so strong-I tried holding my daughter in her carseat like that and I couldn’t get it above my hip! I told my husband about this pic and he too was holding her below the hip. He’s a cutey-like the name too!

Keri looks beautiful, and it’s great she is always out with her baby, looking very much hands on.

I still can’t believe how thin she was in the final months of pregnancy, especially because she has a petite build. Is this normal?
She is gorgeous and so is the baby. Love the name “River”. I’m having a boy and was considering that name, but my husband was like “No Way”.
