Same thing happened with my mother. Then my brother and I starting popping them out one after another, and she was like ‘Ok, I wanted 1-2 grandchildren, NOT 4-5 in a row, I can't handle it!’

CBB reader spots Heath and Matilda Ledger at Disneyland

CBB reader Leah was waiting in line for the teacups at Disneyland on Friday when a group of VIP guests were seated on the ride before her family. Included in the group was actor Heath Ledger, 28, and daughter Matilda Rose, 21 months, along with various family members who seemed to be visiting from Australia. Leah writes,

I was waiting in line to ride the tea cups in Fantasyland and before they let us in, they let a group of people in first (my hubby was the one who noticed who it was).  They filled 3 cups.  Michelle Williams was not there, when we exited they met family I presume as they had Australian accents.  The picture was taken at 5:50 pm.No one noticed who he was or followed him.  I guess you can say they blended with everyone else there.

Now we know where Heath, Matilda, and the nanny were going on Friday morning!

What, they couldn’t wait in line? I remember Brad Pitt waited in line with Maddox for a ride.
Oh well! Matilda’s cute and daddy looks better in this set of pics!

Sarah’s note: I’m sure they could have, it’s just a faster way to get around the park. Anyone can buy the VIP package if they want to spend the money. One of the families I nanny for did it, and it’s definitely the way to go if you can afford it.

Well look, it’s Heath and his mini-me…it’s so cute to look at both of their profiles with their hats on–they are seriously twins! Too cute…and come on, what’s cuter than a dad on the teacups with his little girl? Not much…lol Oh so cute!

  3. ma74 Says:

I think they should have waited in the line like everyone else but alright.
    She’s a cutie

  4. Lauren Says:

Like Sarah said, maybe they bought VIP or Fast Passes. Anyone can purchase them, and it means you get through the lines faster for paying a fee or, at Disney World, getting a free pass and then coming back when in the time frame it tells you to. It’s definitely worth it if it’s at all an option; when I went to Disney World last Labor Day, my cousin and I waited 30 minutes at most to get on Splash Mountain while everyone else waited around an hour and 20 minutes with our passes. But if they did get to go first only because Heath’s a celebrity, that’s lame.
Matilda is getting so big, and she really does look just like Heath!

I am a season pass holder at Disneyland and go there at least once a month. Last Thanksgiving, John Voight was there with a couple other adults and a small child who was probably around 5 or 6 years old. I saw him on 3 different occasions throughout the day and can tell you that dozens of people were following him around, taking his picture, interrupting him having lunch, etc. (At one point we were in line at Alice in Wonderland and as soon as ONE person spotted him, the news spread like wildfire throughout the entire area. You could hear people saying Angelina’s Dad, the dude from Pearl Harbor, etc.)Can you imagine being harassed by the public but being stuck in a line with no way to escape? I think that the celebs going through the exit is safer for the celeb and others around them (especially if they have children with them) as well as not having them stay in one place for too long which will cause an uproar and disrupt the park, lines, rides, etc. I think that it is pretty similar to stores and such that close or open early for a celeb because they cause such chaos and disrupt everyone else. Would you rather wait for 30 extra seconds for a celeb to hop in front of you in line or have tons of people flocking around you taking pics for a half an hour while in line and have the possibility of getting trampled? I would definitely pick the first one and hope that I could get a good pic out of it to post here at CBB!

awww i was there for my B-day that day… i didnt see them but im glad he had a normal day out with his litte princess!

  7. Nicolie Says:

Where’s Michelle??? I definitely wouldn’t want to miss my child’s priceless reactions while at Disneyland. Something’s definitely up.

Sarah’s note: She’s currently filming a movie. Heath has relatives visiting.

  8. sil Says:

    I totally agree with Angelbaby33.

I love that picture! they look so cute together! Thanks Leah for sharing with us :)

  9. Linda Says:

I am glad to see them out together having a fun day. I think this is the first site I have been on for a long time that people were not putting him down for either what he was wearing or how he looked.

They are so cute together and look so much alike.
