Update: Julianna's parents confirm to People and Us Weekly that the couple welcomed a son, named Kieran Lindsay Lieberthal. The Star Ledger reports that he arrived on Thursday, January 17th. Her dad reveals,

Obviously I'm utterly delighted to be a grandfather. I have to say, he is cuter than any other baby I've seen. He's brought a lot of joy to the family. He has some of Keith's features and some of Julianna's features and they're changing everyday.

On the topic of having more children, Paul Margulies replied,

I have no idea. At one point she didn't think she was going to have any children, and that's why this one they're overjoyed with.

Julianna's mother, however, was coy when asked, saying,

I better not open my mouth. I don't want to get in trouble with my daughter.

Despite this, her voicemail message announces,

A beautiful baby boy has been born to us. All is well. His name is Kieran Lindsay Lieberthal. Is that poetry? Do a little dance. Love this day! All is well. God bless! Can't wait to hear from you.

CBB Exclusive originally posted 3 pm: Actress Julianna Margulies, 41, and her husband Keith Lieberthal are new parents after welcoming their baby, Julianna's rep confirms first to CBB. The sex of the child and birth details are not being released at this time.

The pregnancy was announced in August. The former ER and Sopranos star tied the knot with Keith in November.

As he continues touring with the cast of Dancing With The Stars, performing in a different city every night, Joey Lawrence knows a thing or two about change.  But with the birth of his daughter Charli, 21-months, Joey underwent the biggest and best change of all -- fatherhood!  Says Joey,

It changes every facet of your life in every possible way you can imagine.  It’s an incredible blessing and privilege. It’s a lot of change, it’s different, but it’s all good.

Charli is the first child for Joey and his wife Chandie, who married in 2005.

Although she's just four months pregnant with their first baby together, actress Nicole Kidman says she and husband Keith Urban would "really love to have a big family."  First things first, though!  Says Nicole,

I just want to have this child safely and happily, and then we will see...I'm so happy at the moment, I couldn't ask for anything more really.

Nicole added that she's looking forward to one of the many perks of pregnancy -- a bigger bust size!

Being pregnant, I'll have bigger boobs. That's one of the many good things I can think of that will come of it!

Grey's Anatomy and Buffy the Vampire Slayer actress Kali Rocha announced on Tuesday that she is three months pregnant.  The 36-year-old laughingly said,

I keep hearing this theory that if you look very rounded in the face and you [get sick] a lot, it's a girl. I have a round face all the time, but I didn't [get sick] once. The theory also says that if you are feeling good and have a square jaw, it's a boy. So I have no idea. Maybe I have a hermaphrodite.

The baby will be the first child for Kali and husband Michael Krikorian.

Singer Sheryl Crow, 45, sat down with Woman's Day in her NYC hotel to talk about the enormous impact that her new son Wyatt Steven, 8-months, has had on her life and her new album Detours.

Sheryl says that Wyatt is so sociable and just a pleasure to be around.

He's a very friendly little boy. I'm so proud of him.

Sheryl has written a new song on her album titled Lullaby for Wyatt. Sheryl adds that the whole record is inspired by the new man in her life and the complete change that he has stimulated.

This whole record is completely inspired by Wyatt's presence. As any new parent will attest, it's such a gift having this little spirit looking to you for protection and the answers to the unknowns. Having him is the greatest reward I have ever experienced.

Wyatt was even there when Sheryl recorded the album from her recording studio in their home in Nashville.

I made it at home. I have a recording studio in my house, so he was there the whole time.

Wyatt even has a favorite song that puts him to sleep, but it's not the one dedicated to him

If I play [protest song] Shine Over Babylon, he'll always go to sleep. It's incredible.

Sheryl says that while she never planned to be a single mother after her cancer treatment she decided to follow through with a dream she had always held close to her.

I started the process of arranging to adopt after I completed my breast cancer radiation. I felt I'd gone through a lot and I was ready to do this, to become a mom. I'd always aspired to do this, and decided I'd put it off no more, even if it meant going it alone. I started making the arrangements, and a year later - in April - Wyatt was born. I knew he was coming.

While she is constantly tired, Sheryl says that mother is a blessing and has changed her life in so many positive ways.

It's better in every way. I'm always tired, but I feel extremely blessed that I have the resources to do it myself - because it's hard work. I can imagine being a single mother to more than one child would be extremely difficult, though gratifying. Luckily my work is not eight to five so I can be there with him. We're always up very early and I go to bed quite early; though last night I went out with some friends in NY and I am feeling it today.

Mary Lynn Rajskub -- perhaps best known for her portrayal of the character Chloe on 24 -- and her live-in boyfriend Matthew Rolph will be parents by the end of the summer.  The 36-year-old actress confirmed the pregnancy to People, joking,

With the strike going on, I had to keep busy. We are thrilled and couldn't be more excited.

The baby will be the first for Mary Lynn and Matthew, a personal trainer.

In a new interview with Essence, actress Tichina Arnold, 36, says that her 3-year-old daughter Alijah is showing all the early signs of having a future in entertainment. 

She's into dancing and just joined Debbie Allen's Academy for dance and Debbie loves her. My daughter is definitely going to be in the arts and surpass anything I ever achieved.

When it comes to a toddler's first foray into curse words, Alijah at least gets points for creativity!

She asked me the other day, 'Mom can I say ass?' I'm like, 'No you can't, it's a bad word. 'Then she says, 'Well can I sing it?'. I'm like, 'No you can't sing it, hum it, think it or speak it.'

Alijah also is very much into asking the question 'why?'  Tichina says that, like so many mothers before her, she often finds herself telling Alijah "because I said so!"

Now, she goes around telling her little friends the same thing—if she says no to them and when they ask why, she says, 'Because I said so!'

Having a baby really does change everything!  Since finding out that he's going to become a father -- with wife Nicole Kidman expecting the couple's first child, due in July -- Keith Urban says he's seeing life in a whole new light. 

Performing in general has taken on a whole new feeling for me, certainly in light of fatherhood and so on.  It has been a beautiful journey, really since the record 'Love, Pain and the Whole Crazy Thing' came out.  Over the moon is literally how I feel. I'm very, very grateful.

Paris Hilton, 26, attended the launch party for the new BlackBerry Pearl 8130 smartphone and couldn't stop talking about close friend Nicole Richie and Joel Madden's new baby girl, Harlow Winter Kate, 3 weeks tomorrow. Paris added that she spent last Sunday night with the family and that she is so happy for them.

We had a sleepover on Sunday night at Nicole's mom's house. I was crying when I saw her. She looks like a miniature version of Nicole and Joel. I am so happy for them.

Paris was also asked if she would be the godmother of Harlow. She had no response -- just a cheeky smirk.

Originally posted 4:45 p.m.: In Touch is reporting this afternoon that Ethan Hawke, 37, and his girlfriend Ryan Shawhughes, 28, are expecting their first child together. Ryan worked as a nanny for Ethan and his ex-wife Uma Thurman, who have two children Maya Ray, 9 ½, and Levon Roan, 6.  An unnamed source tells the magazine that both Ethan and Ryan are "over the moon" about the pregnancy.

We're asking for an audition for godparent roles. Um ... so, we're waiting to hear back.

Leah says she and her husband:

...need like a day -– because we're not good at cold-reading –- so that we can just prepare.

Angelo then chimed in explaining:

Not sure whether it entails that we have to sing, dance, recite a monologue, but we're ready!

When Leah was asked about how Jennifer was feeling, Leah responded:

Great! She's great! I mean, look, she was on tour. She's a strong girl.

Leah and Angelo are parents to daughter Sofia Bella, 3½. Jennifer and Marc's baby (or twins as it is rumored) are due any day now. Although some sources say Jennifer has checked into a hospital, no formal announcement has been made.

Matthew McConaughey's abilities as a father are getting a big endorsement from his Fools Gold co-star Kate Hudson, herself mom to 4-year-old Ryder Russell.  Describing Matthew as "one of the most loving and loyal people" she knows, Kate said she thinks that Matthew -- who is expecting his first child with girlfriend Camila Alves in late June or early July -- "will be an incredible dad."

He's great with kids and I think he'll be a very responsible and absolute blast of a dad.

Kate says that she knows there's much more depth to Matthew than what's been portrayed in the media, adding,

I think because people see Matthew always out doing something whether [it's] out dancing in a bar or being on the beach or taking a hike with some crazy bandana on, I think that, like anything, they take their image and what they want somebody else to be and then they just run with that.

Even so, Matthew says he'd be happy to have his child follow in his own laid-back footsteps.

Make no doubt about it. My kid will dance. He will be on the beach and he will be taking hikes with a wild bandana on...He might not dance like I do. Regardless, he or she is still going to have a little rhythm.

Update: Long Island's Newsday reports that,

Jennifer Lopez has checked into North Shore University Medical Center. Hospital officials denied that the Bronx-born superstar who is expecting twins was at the medical center. Two hospital sources, however, said she was "in the house" and had checked in under a false name.

Star also reports that Jennifer's mom was overheard in a jewelry store, ordering two gold bracelets engraved with Max and Emme.

Update: Untrue! Jennifer's rep tells Us Weekly,

It's not true that J. Lo is in the hospital having a baby or babies. We have been getting the same phone calls since last week.

Everybody figures it is happening around now so they have started throwing out the story hoping they will be right and be the one to break the news, but it isn't yet.

Originally posted 2:50 pm: Perez Hilton is reporting that singer Jennifer Lopez may deliver her and husband Marc Anthony's baby (or twins) today in Long Island, NY. The 38-year-old has been rumored to be giving birth in January, February or March, so only time will tell if this is true. An earlier due date of the 26th, as reported by Mark Malkin, turned out to be false.
