Is Neve pronounced Neev or just Nev?

I'm so happy to see a picture of this family! I love Conan, and his kids are adorable with their cute blonde hair!! yay

Natasha - I remember him saying on the show that it's pronounced "Nev" (like Neve Campbell).

aw, this makes me so happy. Liza was my teacher for a creative writing class at Columbia a few years ago. We, of course, had no idea she was married to Conan until she brought in some writers from the show on the last day of class. When we asked how she knew the writers, she laughed and told us they were married!!!

too great to see them.

she was just pregnant with Neve that summer.

Cute kids, although I'd have imagine Neve was pronounced Neev, an anglicised spelling of the Irish name Niamh. But if Conan has said it's Nev, then fair enough.

Posted by: Rachel-Jane at May 6, 2008 8:12:44 PM

According to the internets, Conan "originally wanted to name his daughter the old-fashioned Irish feminine name Niamh (pronounced "knee-vh" or "neh-v"), which means "radiance, lustre, brightness" -- but decided that her life would be easier if they Americanized the spelling to Neve."

So that still doesn't answer the question about pronounciation. LOL

Regardless, Conan is my hero.

I love Conan and never new what his family looked like. His kids are very cute although i was thinking they would have red hair. His wife is pretty too. I hope there will be more photos.

His family is adorable. Especially his little girl! I'd love to see more pictures of them.
