Snoop Dogg says Beyoncé, Jay-Z should 'add on to the family'

Snoogdogg88678_cbb When asked if he has any plans to add to his family with wife Shante -- which already includes children Corde, 13, Cordell, 11 and Cori, 8 -- rapper Snoop Dogg recently replied "no, I'm good."  That doesn't mean he's not rooting for other couples to be in the 'family way,' however.  Musicians Beyoncé and Jay-Z, married in April, "should [have children]," Snoop said, adding,

That's the next step as far as marriage, having kids ... add on to the family, so hopefully that's what they'll do...I told them to go home and make babies.

Snoop, 35, and Shante have been married since 1997.

Im surprised Snoop married considering his affinity for rapping about pimps/hoes. & his music videos.

I find it funny that snoop is often looked down on by people who judge, but he has been married way longer than MOST of the celebrities you read about. I wouldn't want my children to listen to his music, but he is certainly a better role model in the father/husband department than a lot of these celebrities that either never get married to the father of their children, or who are married for 5 minutes and then divorce.

I like some of his music, yea he has been married awhile.

So he's been married a long time but somewhere during those years he had a child with someone else. I don't see how that equals being a better rolemodel to his kids than people that never get married but are faithful to each other. Him denying one child his presence in life doesn't spell out great father either.

I wonder how we got to the discussion about whether Snoop Dogg was a good father or role model. I do not think it is anyone's place to discuss this man's personal business when we do not know all of the details of the situation.

Yes snoop has been married longer, so has hugh hefner.

Despite still being married both hugh & snoop have relationships outside their marriages.

So how is he a better father role model?
