As all expectant moms know, that extra baby weight can wreak havoc on your lower back! A stylishly dress Gwen Stefani took a moment to stretch while out to eat in London on Tuesday with husband Gavin Rossdale and 2-year-old son Kingston James McGregor. The family will welcome their next child, a delivery surprise, later this month.

awww..I love Gwen!! She was stretching her back in the pictures from yesterday too, when she was at the park with gavin& kingston! I can't wait to find out if she's having a girl or a boy :)

She looks gorgeous and that dress is just a beautiful frame for her. It's always nice to see her with her family, she spends so much time with her boy, they are inseparable. I'm sure they all excited and can't wait to see their second child, now even more love is needed to share it between two, but i'm sure they'll have it more than enough for all the family. All the best and great healthy experience with next delivery to Gwen!
